Description

Generate trays to hold cards for your board games.  You can control the width, depth, height, backward tilt and the slant of the bottom.  You can have optional cutouts in the back and bottom to aid in handling cards.  Measure your cards and if sleeved, measure with sleeves and then add about 2mm to the width.  The depth is less critical as the front is open.  You can concatenate several trays as a single unit though be careful of the overall width..  If you want multiple of the same size, the customize one, generate and load the .3mf and then clone it on the Prepare tab.

NOTE:  the tray prints on its “back”.  This is done to avoid the stair-stepping on the upper face of the bottom due to the shallow slope.

Instructions:  Select your options and generate.  Once you are happy with the result export it as a 3mf file.  Open Bambu Studio and File > Open Project.  Navigate to where you stored the .3mf file.  It should show up on the plate pointing up to the sky!!

Change any print options to what you prefer, though I use it as loaded and the prints are excellent.

The was produced in OpenSCAD and is my first foray into solid modelling.  Tons of fun so far.

Edit.  Dont use the attached 3mf unless you just want  a test print.  I used it so save filament and make sure the print matched the inputs.
