Having issues getting that first layer to flow and stick good? Follow these steps, it helps! ***If using an enclosed printer, be sure to remove the lid and leave door open to avoid heat creep***

If using multiple brands/types of filament, you will need to save each as a Custom Filament setting. Otherwise the settings will change when your colors switch.

Something I'd thought about was making the holes go all the way through. Print out a matching base. I could then cut out a magnet sheet and sandwich it between the top and bottom. It doesn't have to be a super strong magnet, and then you have a magnetic socket holder like many of the other Neiko socket holders. If you wanted to get fancy, you could put a matching (but opposite, of course) registration groove around the top and bottom pieces so they match together perfectly. You would have to caliper the magnet sheet to create a recess for the sheet on either the top or bottom piece. CA it together and you have a really nice product. Steal it if you want, or ignore it. It's just something I was considering doing in the future.
