Milk-V Duo + Pi Pico Breakout Enclosure

The Milk-V Duo (and Duo 256) use mostly the same pinout as the Raspberry Pi Pico. This is an enclosure for this screw terminal breakout board (the purple one), originally meant for the Pi Pico, but repurposed for the Milk-V Duo.

Notes:

• There are 2 lid options: a plain lid, and one with a mount for the Milk-V Duo camera
• This particular breakout board is slightly asymmetrical, so this enclosure might not work with other boards that look similar
• This should work for anything that matches the Pi Pico pinout, including the Pi Pico itself, Luckfox Pico, Luckfox Lyra etc
• The mounting hole pattern is 75mm x 75mm on centers, and holes are 3.5mm diameter

Required Hardware:

• The breakout board is mounted to the enclosure with 4x self tapping 3mm screws
• The lid closure requires 1x M3 x 5mm OD x 4mm L heat-set threaded insert and 1x M3 x 6mm countersunk screw
• The (optional) camera mount lid requires 2 x M2 x 3.5mm OD x 4mm L heat set threaded insert and 2x M2 x 6mm socket or button head screws
