CR-10S Pro Mirroed BMG Direct Drive Mount

I have a mirrored BMG extruder that I bought from Bondtech as part of the Creality3D CR-10S PRO Extruder Kit

I found this CR10S Pro direct drive by Achocho conversion that I could remix to work with the mirrored extruder. I also added a Bowden Tube Adapter that allows you to have a Bowden tube between the runout sensor and the extruder. This Bowden tube will help to reduce the stress on the filament while printing.

If you are using a MicroSwiss extruder, you need a 58mm piece of Bowden tube. The design should also work for the stock extruder, but I don't how long the Bowden tube needs to be.
