Red Basic Kigurumi Head Shell

Print Configuration

This print configuration is based on and improves upon the Base face Kigurumi (Animegao) mask V0.3 model file released by Reid. The front face has been segmented to minimize support structures and mitigate layer lines, while unnecessary supports for the rear head section have been reduced.

Processing Method

Adhesion: Use super glue to join the forehead and face of the front half.

Repair: Use epoxy to mend noticeable imperfections.

Sanding: Use 150-grit sandpaper to remove obvious flaws. Apply a filler such as automotive primer to conceal layer lines, and then refine with 400-grit sandpaper, repeating the process for a smoother surface.

Base face Kigurumi (Animegao) mask V0.3

This Kigurumi head shell model is based on a certain fundamental face shape and has been updated to version 0.3. It is suitable for head circumferences of 57 to 60 centimeters, with a thickness of 2.6 millimeters. It includes both 3/4 and full head back covers.

Hardware Components

Requires one M4*60mm half-threaded bolt (top hinge) and two M3 screws (side connections) with matching nuts. For the full head version, a 3018 medium box buckle and eight M3*10mm screws are also needed.

v0.3 Update

Added magnetic recesses (15mm diameter) on the back cover for attaching accessories and bases around the eye sockets for securing eye patches. These can accommodate 5mm diameter magnets.
