Description

Tesselations are a great way to speed up cookie cutting and eliminate waste. This one has wider 3mm outlines to distance the shapes adequately and make separation easy after baking.

Steps
1. Find a dog treats recipe on the internet. There are plenty! Ones with peanut butter work best.

2. Prepare the dough and roll it out into a rectangular form that is roughly 5mm thick. Carefully transfer the dough onto parchment paper in a cookie tray.

3. Use the cutter to press out the shapes. Flour the cutter before each press. Press firmly to separate the dough all the way to the paper. Wiggling the cutter makes it easier to pull out. I like to press the same place twice.

4. Bake as indicated. Which is usually 20 minutes at 350F° (177C°). Let cool, then separate the shapes by hand. Store in covered bowls.

Woof woof! (happy snacking)
