This design allows you to hold 3 mags of 10 rounds and 1 for the chamber for a total of 31 Rounds.  This stacks nicely with a 50 round standard 9mm box as well. Check out my other ones if you are looking for something similar. (See below). I have many different 9mm boxes.

Updated Design! - Gen 3

  • Snap in Side Labels that are customizable - The text, color, and frame color can all be customized by the user.
  • Stackable - Chamfer on bottom and mating feature on cover.
  • Customizable Text on Lid
  • Improved Robustness - Wall thickness increased
  • Moved snap lock feature from start to end of the cover groove. This will improve the issue a few folks had with the the seam delaminating between layers.
  • Simplified Geometry

Assembly

  1. Snap in side labels - Hook one of snap features of the label and slide your finger across to engage the other snap feature. I also put 3 recessed areas incase you want to add superglue for permeant mount of labels.
  2. Snap in Round divider Tray  - It you need to remove this just use a pencil and gently pry it to disengage the snap feature.
  3. Slide Cover on - The first few snaps will be a little firm, but it will loosen after a few and it sits for couple days.

Other Boxes

Check out my other ammo boxes for similar designs. If you are looking for another caliber, just let me know via a DM.  I am in the process of updating all the designs to the Gen 3 style, so it might take me a bit to get to a custom odd caliber. I go in order of most popular first.

Thank you for everything you post here! I really love your work! Recently, I downloaded and printed this file. It was the first one I tried with "the writing" and for some reason, the print is coming out illegible. I'm sure it's something on my end. Do you have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

here is something to try…make sure the text color is the first to print on the printer plate. To change this on the right side of the build plate select the “nut” icon and change to first filament from auto to custom. change the order to make the text color first.

Thank you for making this lovely box and for making it easy to modify. My Springfield 1911 clips only fit 9, so being able to block one out on each mag and make it a 28 round is awesome.

Love this ammo box. It is a little difficult to get the rounds out at the range as they're pretty close together. But great for stockpiling!

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to dump them out so the spacing shouldn't matter

what’s the point of having mag 1,2,3 then?

Ah, I see. I'm sorry I didn't explain. You slide the cover down so that just the rounds for mag 1 are exposed then turn it upside down so just the rounds for mag 1 drop out and you load mag 1. Then you slide it down to expose the rounds for mag 2 and turn it upside down to get those rounds to drop out and you load mag 2. Then you do the same for mag 3. I don't really get the chamber round being under mag 3 but I'm sure it has a use case. I hope this is helpful.

Thoughts on doing another one that holds 15 rounds for Mag 1, and then 20 for Mag 2, +1 for the chamber? That is my standard loadout and would make packing ammo for travel very easy. I thought about remixing it for myself, but your stuff is so clean, and it would undoubtedly be faster for you to modify something you have. I'd appreciate it!
