1kg Spool Roller-Centering + Long base + Anti-Skip

A self-centering filament spool roller for 1kg spool size. 

No supports required. 

Supports can be used if you are worried about the Anti-Skip base holes.

Choose what fits you best…Short, Long, or Anti Skip. 

Use the long base version for lighter weight spools to reduce the risk of the spool skipping off the rollers, or use the Anti Skip with side plates and long spindle if you have a smaller printer or prefer this print (This base can also be used instead of the normal small base to give both options). 

2nd (Upper) half of small base print was increased to 200% speed with no issues, 300% speed was used on the long base, 100% speed for the Anti-Skip.

Use 608 bearings and a little CA (Super) glue to fix the bearings, collar, and spindle. Fit is tight but will fit without damage. 

Anti-Skip System: 

DO NOT…repeat..DO NOT glue the long spindle into the side plates, this is designed to slip in and out freely, all other parts can of course be glued in place. Simply slide the spool between the plates, insert the spindle using whichever hole suits your purpose or spool size, and enjoy.

If anyone tries the Anti-Skip System and would prefer a centre roller by all means give me a shout and I'll have a blast at adding a fourth design, unless I already have of course 🤣
