Found this SAK holster on Printables made by @Alaize0013_338316

Great original design but I want an open-ended beltclip instead of belt loop.

Modified to suit my need.

Printed with PLA and PETG with no issue. Do remember to enable support.

Holster works with 4-layer SAK such as Huntsman and Fieldmaster. Also works with 3-layer models like Spartan and Tinker.

Should work with 5-layer models, but I do not have one to try on.

Excellent model but width will need to be tweaked depending on your model. With the super tinker (91mm, 3 layer), it’s perfect vertically but leaves a lot of space on the sides. Will retry with 5mm less width.

-5mm width (now 21mm) works well. There's ~0.5mm gap you can keep as a buffer, add adhesive-backed felt, or reduce the width by 0.3-0.5mm if you're feeling adventurous.

there’s still some extra space and it wobbles a little bit because of that

For Spartan, I'd suggest scaling it down 25%-30% sideways to fit smaller SAK.

I am trying to print this on PETG, and I am unable to complete it. I tried some other positions so it could be a little more stronger, but that ends u in scarring, and when print flat the bridges don't look nice (tried changing direction of the... any help would be grateful

91mm models. 3, 4 layers models fits. 5 layers model should fit. But I do not have one to try it on.

Thank you very much I really appreciate you creating this model. I just received my Hunter Victorinox 71mm knife today, and it fits perfectly into the clip. It’s especially useful since the knife doesn’t come with a clip included.

Great model! I tried it with my Victorinox Ranger (5 layers) but it was too tight and caused the side to split. Added 2mm to its width and it fits like a glove!
