Description

This pocket-sized Brush and Dustpan is perfect for cleaning messes anywhere!

With fine TPU bristles and an smooth handle, the brush sweeps cleanly into the sleek dustpan. It can pick up small scraps and bits, and can slip between small gaps!

Note:

Since different parts of the model are printed with different materials, be sure to print both the Handle & Dustpan file/print profile with a stiff material like PLA or PETG, switch filaments, and then print the brush file with TPU.

A small amount of tape may be needed to hold the brush in place securely.

Printing specifics:

The dustpan and handle are placed together in 1 print profile, with both having a moderate amount of supports, and with a 15% infill. Both parts fit on the A1 mini build plate. Both models can be printed with stiff material (PLA, PETG, etc)

The TPU brush is found in its own print profile, and requires no supports.

The combined printing time of all parts adds up to under 3 hours, and uses around 50g total of filament.

works ok but the problem is the bristles on the brush are triangular shaped so they only bend side to side, works better as a comb lol

I only printed the brush part and it’s really nice! Bristles are in Sunlu 95A TPU in Blue. Handle is in Sunlu PLA Translucent in Green.

this turned out great. I only printed the mini dustpan because I didn’t need the broom. I use the dustpan to scoop. My cats dry kibble back into his food bowl. He makes quite a mess and this really helps with the cleanup.

I haven't printed the this, but if you want to push more smaller pieces, I recommend having multiple layers of bristles.
