After extensive refinement and rigorous testing, I've perfected molds ideal for crafting your own concrete weights! These meticulously designed molds enable the creation of durable, personalized weight plates with exceptional ease.
The process is remarkably straightforward:
- Preparation – Secure a PVC pipe centrally within the mold, then firmly affix all mold components of a single plate, preferably using duct tape.
- Sealing – Meticulously seal all joints using silicone to ensure impeccable results.
- Casting – Fill the mold with concrete; incorporating fiberglass filaments enhances structural integrity.
- Curing – Upon complete hardening, you will possess robust weight plates bearing embossed markings.
Leaving the mold affixed to the weight plate post-curing is advisable. This safeguards the concrete, allowing for effortless printing of new molds as needed. Removing the molds risks chipping or crumbling of the concrete plate edges.

Molds for Custom Concrete Weights
After extensive testing and fine-tuning, I have developed the perfect molds for casting your own concrete weight plates! These specially designed molds allow you to create durable and personalized weight plates with ease.
How it works:
- Preparation – Place a pvc-pipe in the center of the mold and connect all parts of the disc, preferably using duct tape.
- Sealing – Seal the joints with silicone to ensure a clean result.
- Pouring – Fill the mold with concrete, optionally mixed with fiberglass for added strength.
- Curing – Once fully hardened, you’ll have sturdy weight plates with embossed markings.
I recommend keeping the mold on the weight plate after curing. This helps protect the concrete from damage, and you can simply print new molds if you need more weights. If you remove the molds, the edges of the concrete plates may chip or crumble over time.
With these molds, you can create your own customized weight set – strong, affordable, and tailored to your needs!
