Replacement Wheel and Axle for IKEA RENGÖRA Washing Machine

I designed this replacement wheel and axle for the IKEA RENGÖRA (ProdNr: 911 535 056 / 202.797.65). It might also fit other models with similar mounting solutions. If you're unsure, just let me know, and I'll do my best to help figure it out.

Notes:

• I made both parts slightly thicker than the original parts to compensate for the material differences and to improve strength.
• The axle works with both the original wheel and this replacement model. I haven’t tested this wheel with the original axle, but I think it should work fine. The original axles are quite a bit thinner though.
• For best strength, use the lowest possible layer thickness when printing the axle to improve layer adhesion.

Installation Instructions:

1. Attach the wheels to the axle first.
2. Mount the assembled wheel and axle unit onto the basket.

Note: The axle's added thickness might cause it to hit the metal part of the basket if you try mounting it in reverse order.
