Description

TSA Master Key 007 – Travel Sentry

This is a precise 3D-printable model of TSA Master Key 007, the final known key in the series of master keys used by the TSA to access Travel Sentry-approved luggage locks. Like the others, it was reconstructed from publicly available information and published for research, educational, and demonstrative purposes.

According to official TSA statements, these models do not endanger aviation security but do expose the inherent weaknesses of standardized baggage lock systems.

Usage Disclaimer:
This key may be used to open your own TSA-compatible lock or another with explicit permission. Any unauthorized use may be subject to local laws and penalties.

Printing Details:

  • Suggested Materials: PLA for the key body; PETG or another support interface material for optimal surface finish.
  • Supports: Use a clean interface layer to preserve the fine bitting features.
  • Post-Processing: Typically minimal with the correct slicer settings.

Durability Notice:
This key is small and should be handled gently. It is suitable for occasional demonstration purposes. Excessive force may damage the print. For functional durability, consider metal fabrication based on this design.

System Context:
TSA007 is part of the Travel Sentry master key set (TSA001–TSA007). Each key corresponds to a unique internal configuration used across different lock manufacturers. These models have become a case study in lock design and the risks of shared-access systems.
