Magnetic Diorama Base for Miniatures, 40mm and 52mm

i needed a diorama base for one of my models to go from its playable base of 40mm to 52x90mm for the scenery and so i made this base that is compatible with 6x2mm magnets, there is also holes for magnets on the bottom of the diorama base as well if you use a magnetic sheet to transport your minis, 4 magnets may be overkill, i also covered the magnets themselves over with some silicone RTV to prevent the magnets from damaging eachother, the magnets will need to be superglued into place.

for those interested the model is kharn the betrayer of the world eaters and the diorama is depicting his betrayal at the battle of skalathrax, and the grab handles either side of the base are not a part of the base they are spare world eaters shoulder pads, as mentioned above if you want me to make versions with grab handles on them then i will.

as for putting the magnets in place if you do not have a polarity checker then i would recommend doing what i did and just stack two magnets and supergluing them with a tiny bit of glue to both sides of the bases, lightly sanding the magnet's surface may also help with the glue adhering as well

as for print material i used ABS-GF from bambu, however really any fillament will do, happy printing and i would love to see your finished results
