Description

  • Minecraft Iron Golem Articulated
  • Original Ratio 1:1, even the head is on the place
  • Multicolored, Super-Detailed, Ultra Immersive
  • No Supports, No Brims, Easy to Build with Rubber Hammer
  • Contains Only 1 Bridge inside body (You can fill it with snug support in case you increase size)
  • Legs are very strong, despite looking vulnerable, but a little squeaking noise might be present when rotating
  • Long time print if you decide to make multicolored
  • Strong configuration
  • Extruded colors to make 3d-effect and in case you decide to print without colors or less number of colors

Tips.

  1. When constructing, do not confuse arms. It's easy to confuse left-right and upside-down also.
  2. Put the object into the hole, rotate a little and push toward insert direction, and then just hit with hammer.
  3. I recommend construct training on dummy single colored prototype before you print multicolored model, because it's very color-switch consuming long-time print.
  4. Don't forget that you can change number of colors, re-colorize whatever you want, etc.
  5. Print multiple parts on the plate in case multicolor print.

How to build:
1. Put on protective gloves
2. Take head in one hand, model in the second
3. Rotate head and push with force toward the head socket
4. Keep screwing on a couple of times, to engage part
5. After initial attach (you can see small plastic dust - don't worry) put it on flat surface (like floor or anvil)
6. Check that the model's opposite side rests perpendicularly on the surface
5. Keep the model by one hand and take dumbbell in another and just slightly hit the head, it will click and stay forever on the socket.
Now this head rotates easily and holds securely.
Recommendation: First try to press using dumbbell and only after, if it goes hard then just slightly hit.
6. Repeat the same thing with arms
7. Voila - it's all built

Enjoy!

the holes are quite small. It is very difficult to put the parts into the body. Otherwise it looks nice!

I use gloves to protect my hands to do this. But this was made for purpose to keep parts from falling apart. Usually I rotate part and push toward the hole (perpendicular direction, rotate and push), then after some small baiting I put on flat strong surface like anvil or wooden plank and just use dumbbell to push or to hit (like hammer). That way I avoid any difficulties. Hammering a little bit more risky than weight-pushing because you can break plastic so first I try pushing and only after I hit, but for this model it's safe to hit.

I found it effortless to assemble…in fact, I believe the parts are slightly loose, particularly the arms. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Thank you very much for sharing. Congratulations.

Despite the production time, I liked the result, I need to modify the shoulder joints so they don't dislocate constantly

Good but why do we it need that thing on the right?

you don't, just throw it away in a recycling bin. its for prints with color changes. its just so that it can successfully change colors.

Easy to print, the torso was a bit tricky to insert, but once it's in, it won't come out, I loved it

The Iron Golems are our cherished models. We employed silver filament, which lends them a remarkably lifelike appearance. A magnificent model
