Description

Read the following instructions before printing.  The most common sizes of metric washers in one file, just print and use.

No more loose washers flying everywhere on built plate removal.  This file includes the most common washers from size M1.6 up M24.  The washers are grouped by 4 units with a size tag. Thickness varies according to the diameter

Included dimensions :

Thickness of washersNominal size
1.0 mm thickM 1.6M 2M 2.5M 3M 3.5M 4M 5M6M 7M 8
1.6 mm thickM 10M 12M 14M 16M 18
2 mm thickM 20M 22M 24
  • Plates 1 and 2 : Kit plates washers design pre-attached with a size tag. Detach and use. Thickness varies with diameter, check the drawing.
  • Plate 3  : Individual washers, you can rescale them in "Z" for any thickness you want or to create a tube bushing.

Printing: No support required, ready to print. Print profile is set to a circular motion (Archimed).   Do not fill the plate with a ton of objects, keep the qty of kit cards to a reasonable amount to allow for quick layer completion and help with layer adhesion and avoid printing issues. The yellow objects in the print file are modifiers to change the top layer stype to help read the size emboss.  They will not be printed.

Removal from the build plate :The plate must be cooled down completely prior to removing the kit plates, removal from a hot plate will break the fine brims holding the washers. Use a thin plastic scraper to gently pry up the brim lines.

Print by objects : Ideal to empty spools with lot filament remaining. Just use the setting "Print by Objects" so the printer will print the kit plates one after the other. Instructions here :  https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/sequent-print

Adapt the print to your material : ASA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PLA.
