Simple Drill Jig for 32mm Cork Rings
Print Profile(1)

Description
Rodbuilders who are making their own rod handles out of cork often need to drill centric holes in cork disks to put them on a mandrel for glueing and shaping.
I was in need of jig for drilling a larger batch of disks, so I created this simple jig: put it under your drill press, center it according the position of the 8mm drill bit according to the jig and clamp it down on the drill's table. Now you can just put one disk after another in the jig an create larger batches of drilled disks quite rapidly.
