Other Issues:The outer three or four rings don't like to spin.

Printed fine for me, but it's not that compelling as it's fairly loose and snaps apart. Maybe the rings should be deeper, so they really seem to orbit inside each other. By deeper I mean they complete more of the sphere they are cut from.
