Description

ModuBox - The Modular Mini Container for Every Need

Looking for a practical, versatile, and 3D-printable small container? ModuBox is the perfect solution! This compact mini container (approx. 44mm x 24mm x 22mm) is designed to hold pills, small screws, microSD cards, tiny parts, and anything else you need to keep organized.

🔗 Modular & Customizable

Thanks to a sliding slot system, you can connect multiple ModuBoxes together and create a custom organization setup. For a more permanent connection, simply use the same filament that links the lid hinge to the body to secure them firmly.

Use a piece of filament to fix the hinges.
If it is difficult, first pass the thread on the base and slide it a few times and then on the individual lids.
Then once you have put all the copy rings in place you will see that you can insert the filament with little effort.

🎯 Two Tolerance Options for a Perfect Fit

  • 0.12mm → Tighter fit for a more solid connection.
  • 0.16mm → Looser fit for easier assembly with slight play.

Choose the best option based on your printer and material!

I recommend trying 2 boxes first and testing the connection between them.
If you have any difficulties, force it a couple of times and it should become smoother
For safety I recommend the 0.16 mm tolerance version

🔢 Numbered Lids (00-10)

The numbered lids help you organize your items efficiently:
Use them for weekly pill organization, sorting screws, or categorizing small parts. For an even cooler look, print the lids in contrasting colors with the body!

🛠 Easy to Print & Assemble

Inserting the filament into the hinge requires a bit of force, but it ensures a stable and durable connection. No supports needed, just print and assemble!

📥 Download now and start 3D printing your customizable organization system with ModuBox!

You will find a test profile with 3 boxes numbered from 01 to 03 and tolerances of 0.16 mm and 0.12 mm and one with 11 boxes from 00 to 10 with a tolerance of 0.16 mm for the joints between containers and one with a tighter 0.12 mm
