Version 2 - 50% Weight Reduction

Since the solid material version (Version 1) of the garage was too heavy and, in my opinion, a waste of filament, I created a “light” version for my garages

Compared to Version 1, Garage Version 2 has approximately a 50% weight reduction and corresponding filament savings

Functionality, dimensions, and magnet inserts remain the same as Version 1

Printing Note: I have adjusted and reduced the overhang speed and bridging speed to achieve an optimal bridge/bridging

Suitable dimensions for trays that fit into the garage:

• Width 70 mm
• Height 17 mm

The garage has recesses for the following magnets: 

• Max 10mm in diameter (the recesses are square with dimensions 10.3 x 10.3 mm)
• Max 2mm thickness (also with appropriate tolerance)
• Magnets should be neodymium and have at least “N42” classification for adequate hold

A pause should be inserted in the slicer at layer number 19 to embed the magnets In the slicer, it looks like the holes are already closed, but the pause is made at the beginning of layer number 19 and the holes are only closed at the end of layer number 19
