Description

Here is my take on DJI O4 Pro air unit adaptation for popular APEX EVO 5 frame.

This is nerds version as it has M3 press nuts to avoid screwing into the plastic. I like to disassemble my frame 3 times a day, so I went a hard way. It adjusts from 0-40°.

I also bring to your attention rear-end antennas holder with GPS and ELRS antenna drop-off pad. The angle between VTX antennas 80° (90° was too close for props as for me).

UPDATE: Feb 18:

  • added screw version for those who wants easy solution
  • added rear-end antennas holder with GPS slot (M10Q-5883 M10)

Instructions:

Standoff:

  • PETG
  • 4 layers for walls
  • fill-out: 37%
  • invert on X axis to make left and right pieces

Insert:

  • TPU
  • left and right are the same

Nuts:

  • M3x4x4.2
  • Pressed in on 250°C with TS101 like tip

Antennas holder:

  • TPU

Any feedback are appreciated )

Special thanks to JB Discord community for support and early feedback and for Yuriy, who printed it gazillion times until it becomes like this.

Have a safe flight!
