Anyone with basic soldering skills can handle this.
For convenient in-car use, I haven't included batteries in my electrical devices; using this external power bank for power supply is extremely reliable.
Note: If you need to connect high-current devices, it is recommended to purchase a better protection board with a higher current capacity. I bought one with a BYD chip from Xianyu for about thirty yuan; it can discharge at high currents, meeting my needs for an external 40mm high-power fan and a 160W vacuum cleaner.
