Sled Base Chair Glide

I created this custom model as an alternative to marketplace products that simply do not work or fit my use case. My particular application is for sled base chairs made from ½" tubing. Dimensions are 38mm x 15.65mm x 20mm (LxWxH) with a bottom pad thickness of 4.5mm. The tube channel is slightly oversized at 12mm to accommodate for variances in the tubing size of the sled base. My chairs originally had hard plastic glides fastened with screws, so I repurposed the screw holes as an anti-rotation pin to keep the glide from spinning as the chair is pulled in and out and slid back and forth during use. 

I printed using Overture HighSpeed TPU. You can adjust the infill for a more durable or spongey contact pad as you like. I believe the version in use is at 25% sparse infill on tri-hexagon pattern. I may try a reprint using Bambu TPU from the AMS. I didnt have it at the time I printed these. 

This is the first iteration I put into service and it's been less than a week, but so far so good, but I may revise the model based on performance or any suggestions from you all. I hope this is useful!
