Added a slight tilt back on every model to more securely hold the squares in place per @strikerx22's reported issue of the squares easily falling off.

18 June 2025:

Based on @Kadaveros to fit his larger, 40mm wide x 30 mm thick, corner squares. I've uploaded 2 print profiles for this larger size, PETG and PLA profiles. Please pick the one appropriate for your corner squares: New versions are 40x30mm. The original ones are 30x25mm.

This is a new model, inspired by @lordjustice17 's French Cleat Corner Square Holder, designed for printability. Horizontal lines are chamfered, and vertical lines are beveled. Printed on its side, there is no layer line weakness or supports required. A 1mm beaded lip helps keep your corner clamps on the holder without interfering in easily getting and returning them to your holder. These fit my 1-3/8" (35mm) corner clamps. It should hold smaller ones. Trying to make this as compact as possible means it will not fit anything over that size.

PETG and PLA profiles provided. I print almost exclusively shop stuff in PETG. I realize not everyone does this, so the PLA profile provides a download-and-print version without needing to mod your profile. I've given both a slight speed increase since the “overhangs” are all 45 degrees. The do not need to go super slow for a good result. Gyroid for infil for both speed of printing and high strength, strength to weight ratio. Since this is a shop accessory, the profiles are .28mm super draft mode for strength and speed. Even though these changes enhance strength, the plastic corner clamps are light. 15% may be overkill. If you print lower and it works for you, let everyone know!

Hanging your corner clamps from an easily accessible French cleat hanger. French cleats give you infinite flexibility for wall placement.

Finally, ignore the finish sheen line. I finished off a roll or regular PETG and switched to a matte finish PETG. It is a material/branch switch and not an artifact of the design or print profile. My shop prints often end up with much more funky color schemes when use up partial rolls.

This holder turned out great, my only critique is you could maybe include some dimensions for maximum size corner brackets as I can only fit one of my Rockler corner claps at the top. Otherwise its a good excuse to go buy some more that will fit, lol! Cheers

@Kadaveros Two new print profile published for a 40mm x 30mm corner square holder. Please let me know if these work for you. In order to fit on the P1S plate, the peak of the top square sticks above the holder a little bit. You can see the difference in the print profile pics. For reference the white one on the right is the larger one.

The profile itself is great and the part prints with no issues. My biggest issue is the design of the model itself as it's really easy for the clamps to fall off when hung. Used some shelf liner to add friction, but I think a slight backward tilt would make this top tier.

I Think your links are messed up, they both lead to the hanger rack and there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the L square parts, looks like a great design though.

@TJRasta which links are you referring to? The only links in my description are to the square holder design I used as inspiration for this design and to other Maker World users' accounts. I do not have a design for squares. This is only a holder for commercial squares in two different sizes.
