Apeman C550 dash camera mount

This is a replacement mount for the Apeman C550 dash camera. There are other unbranded/rebranded versions of this camera, I would presume this mount would fit those too.

I recommend printing this using ASA or PETG (not PLA) because it's going to be in direct sunlight and, even in the UK, cars become a hot coffin in summer. I also strongly suggest printing this vertically (i.e. not with the large flat base on the build plate) - this will ensure that the part is not using layer-layer adhesion for the mount. Printing in this way will require support material - but this is a functional part and does not need to be aesthetically pleasing.

You may need to scale the part up or down a few percent to achieve the desired tolerances. The dimensions of the part already differ from the original mount, to accommodate FDM tolerances (0.4 mm nozzle). This was designed in Autodesk Fusion - I've included the Fusion archive file, STEP file and Inventor files, just in case you need to adjust these tolerances beyond what simple scaling can achieve.
