Here is a useful, low filament use, quick to print, folding card knife!

 

Before printing, I print the base in PETG as it has to fold. PLA can fold fine but may snap after a lot of folding. I recommend PETG for the base part.

 

After printing the base and the blade, you need to carefully remove the support from the base piece. Depending on how wet your filament is, this process may be a little annoying. 

 

After removing the support, you need to press the blade on the blade. Use pliers, a vice, or a hammer to press the blade completely into the tight fitting holes.

 

Now you have your card knife!!!
