Lego Liftarm/straight with 1 axle (various)
Print Profile(1)

Description
(Caution—I have replaced the old version because the axle crosses were very tight, making the axles difficult to move. Furthermore, due to excessive tension, fractures in the thin wall occurred in some cases when using PLA)
Here you will find various straight lift arms with an axle mount at the end, compatible with standard-size connecting systems (technology). Through various offsets in the CAD design, with the included profile and using Bambu Lab PLA+, I achieved very good clamping performance for the appropriate axles. However, with the vertically oriented holes, I experienced issues with the underlying recess—printing horizontally (as specified in my profile) worked very well.
For other sizes, simply inquire, or create your own using my OnShape design (see below).
You can find additional clamping components in my profile—more will be added successively. If you need a specific component, just contact me.
The exact procedure for creating your own components using a configurable OnShape design (released for copying and adaptation) is outlined in the documentation (PDF) attached to the project for the base plates—the procedure for the components shown here is similar.
