Cute little peep for your drink cup. We have different sizes available for different straw sizes.

They say standard size of the Stanley straw is 10mm. I would suggest pausing the print after a few layers and see if you straw fits.

When I load the file into FlashForge there is no hole for the straw. Am I missing something?

I bet it's because of flashforge. The hole is a negative part added and can be edited in program. I'm guessing flashforge doesn't like it. What size are you wanting? I can merge it together and upload it for you.
