Heat Pump Ventilation Grille Ø160 – without screws for EPP foam pipes

For 160mm EPP pipes: quick to install, neatly covered

For a friend, I extended my 160mm ventilation grille with four additional snap-in lugs for a heat pump wall duct – specifically for an EPP foam pipe

This makes the cover clamp much more firmly than the “standard” variant and simply sits… well… exactly how you want it: securely

Installation

1. Briefly check your pipe's inner diameter (EPP can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer)
2. Align the cover and push it into the EPP pipe until the snap-in lugs engage
3. Done – sits securely and covers neatly

Material Note

Printed with Bambu Lab PETG-HF Gray For outdoors/UV (depending on installation location) ASA can be useful – but PETG also works perfectly fine for many installations

• 0.2 mm layer height
• 2 walls (Wall Generator: Arachne)
• 20% infill (Grid or Crosshatch)
• Z-seam: Back
• Outer wall: ~150 mm/s
• No support needed
• Brim/Skirt: only if your bed is tricky with large surfaces 😉
