Description
BMW clutch disc alignment tool. This will work on BMW e46 M3, e39 540i M5 and the Z8. May also work on other models that share the 420G transmission. The Tool is threaded with M12.0x1.75 so a bell housing bolt can be used to install and remove the tool.
The tool is short enough that the self adjusting pressure plate can be reset with this tool still in place.
I have two other versions of this tool that are longer and one that does not require a bolt for use. These cannot be installed while the pressure plate is reset though.
