Dual Axis Servo Gimbal for Aircraft FPV

This model is a dual-axis gimbal specifically for remote-controlled aircraft FPV. Of course, you can modify it and use it in other suitable places. However, this model has two limitations. If it does not meet your existing hardware specifications, you can consider changing the size yourself or please do not download this model.

The width of this FPV lens is suitable for 19-20mm, the side screw hole is a single hole, or the spacing is 6mm when it is a two-hole, the hole position of the transmitter is 20mm or 30mm, or you can use a plastic tape to fix the transmitter.

 

Screw parts
1. M2 or M3 screw x 4  - depending on your Transmitter.
2. M2x8mm screw x3   - Lens helmet
3. M2x8mm self-tapping screws x10 

4. Servo 9g x2

 

Installation diagram 

1. Fixed Transmitter.

 

2. Fixed horizontal moving servo.

 

3.Install the horizontal moving servo ring.


4. Installing the vertically moving servo.

 

5.Install the lens screw to fix the lens.

6. Install the side lens adjustment gear. Here you need to power on and off to test the fixed position.

 

7. After powering on and confirming the position, finally tighten the four self-tapping screws on the fixing ring.

 

8. Congratulations, assembly is complete.
