(actually) quite brilliant I'm giving it a slightly lower rating due to the following issue: The frame fits perfectly, but sits a little loosely at the bottom (naturally, there's no seal) However, the lid with the seal sits relatively tightly on the frame There's a risk that when lifting the lid, you also lift the frame, which could cause a small problem 😅 Overall, really great, I would just prefer a version with slightly thicker upper walls so that the lid sits more loosely

I agree completely - I'm thinking of printing a gasket out of TPU to fit the bottom edge - it also would benefit from a slight lip so you can hold it down while removing the snugly fitting lid.

I did create a sealing lip out of TPU but it didn't really work very well. It would probably be better if this whole thing was printed in TPU and perhaps modified to be slightly more snug for a snug fit on the device itself. For anyone interested in making a "gasket" it wasn't too difficult to import the file into Fusion and then project the inner and outer permitter onto a plane and then draw lines between projected points and 3 point curves for the curved portions then extrude.

the work was a bit tedious and I'm happy to share my fusion file if anyone wants to play with it and see if they can get it to work.

Hi, thank you very much for the STP file. I have slimmed down the top and bottom using an offset and widened the area around the powder compartment. 2x Tesa tape on the sides for safety but not really necessary; the lid now goes on very easily. Printed with transparent PETG from Giantarm (Geeetech)

Hello, that would be no problem if I knew how. The original version is for the Latte Go, I had adapted the version for the Phillips 5400 series. I had confused it before. I will try to upload the file.
