Happy New Year, start the year with maintenance
Clamp the self-tightening clip onto the lead screw (it is recommended to insert a small piece of tissue paper and spray some WD-40) for a more thorough cleaning; machine operation—automatically raise or lower the heat bed, the tool will move up and down with the lead screw to clean, repeat once or twice, replace with cleaner paper and repeat once. After cleaning, you can put lubricating grease at the top of the tool, and repeat the up and down movement of the heat bed, the lubricating grease will lubricate the lead screw along the way
Suitable for Tuozhu P series and X series H2D, and other brands of models with exposed large lead screws; not applicable to A series, there is a link for A1 on the homepage
