Clamp holder / surface mount

A clamp holder / surface mount for discs or plates with a thickness of 0-10 mm, without having to drill them.

This design requires a gap of at least 5 mm to the mounting surface, which can be closed if necessary with an edge protector, snap-on seal or similar.

To mount a disc/plate, first remove the clamping jaw, then screw the clamping foot to the desired position (e.g. cylinder screw M6x30). Then insert the clamping jaw, which then locks automatically (the disc/plate cannot tip out of the holder due to the internally installed spring mechanism (compression spring Ø7x12.5)). The clamping jaw is then finally fixed using a further cylinder screw M6x30 (and a washer for M6 is recommended). To dismantle, loosen this screw, and by pulling up this screw, the locking mechanism allows the clamping jaw to be removed again. If required, I can also provide an STP file.
