Description

Compact and space saving shoe rack with a flowing design. When taking the pictures we found out that this also works perfect as a decorative wall shelf and possibly also other places, it turned out to be a very useful design. You can make it in whatever height / length you prefer as it only consist of 2 different parts which push together with pins.

  • Build in any height
  • Push together with included printable pins (glue not needed but can be added)
  • Wide variety of uses
  • Optional wall mount

Update

As this shoe rack was a huge success i have made a whole modular shelf system that fit together with all the parts in this shoe rack. You can check it out here: Modular Shelf for Wall / Floor / Desk

If you are looking for something with LED light's, check out my Modular LED Shelf :-)

Printing

  • 0.2 mm layer height
  • 5% infill in shelf parts (if you are building it taller or are using it for “heavy” shoes i would recommend going to 8-15%)
  • 15% infill in pins and wall mounts
  • Print pins laying down
  • Support for bottom bend of the end piece, pins and wall mount
  • The pins are very tight, I recommend rotating both ends of the pins in the holes a bit before mounting, then it's easier to disassemble if you would like to make changes later.
  • The wall mounts are threaded on the pins between two parts, mount it with the square with the screw hole facing down. Secure to the wall with a screws.
