This organizer is designed at an angle so that the ingredient bags have a secure stand and do not slip in the organizer. Ribs on the bottom ensure better grip and hold each bag securely in place. 

The standard dimensions are 216 mm x 140 mm x 90 mm. The organizer can be scaled as desired.
