Warning: May start organizing your workspace!
The Mighty Ant is here, bringing tiny but unstoppable energy to your collection! This articulated insect from the Chitin Pals series features fully movable legs and mandibles, making it both a fascinating display model and a fun fidget toy.
Want to take it to the next level? There’s also a magnetic version! With 5x2mm magnets glued into its legs, this ant can:
🐜 Carry a sugar cube just like real ants do!
🐜 Link up with other ants to form a chain!
🐜 Steal sugar straight from the fridge (if your magnets are strong enough)!
🛠️ Antennae Mod:
To give your ant extra realism, you can cut two pieces of filament (about 2.5 cm / 1 inch each) from the spool and press them into the small holes in the head and antenna tips. If needed, secure them with a tiny drop of super glue (CA glue) for extra durability.
🔥 Features:
- Print-in-place – no supports needed!
- Fully articulated legs and mandibles for dynamic posing.
- Chitin-inspired details to enhance the natural look.
- Magnetic option to interact with objects and other ants!
- Customizable antennae using filament pieces!
- Perfect for fidgeting, display, or tabletop gaming!
🖨️ Print Recommendations:
- No supports, optimized for easy printing.
- Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm or finer for best articulation.
- Works great with silk or matte filaments for a unique chitin effect.
- For the magnetic version, glue in 5x2mm magnets into the legs!
- For the antennae, cut two 2.5 cm (1 inch) filament pieces and press them into the holes.
