It means a lot for me, thanks ❤️

ATTENTION Read Carefully:

The rose you see printed in the images is 20 centimeters tall and was achieved on the first try

I removed the supports without breaking anything.

This 3D rose is inherently simple to print, but to achieve an amazing result, you must follow certain rules:

  • Clean the print bed very well using dish soap.
  • Use spray glue or hairspray.
  • Print very slowly. Keep in mind that it will take several hours.
  • Once the printing is complete, remove the supports very calmly and patiently to avoid breaking the stems. If something breaks, use glue.

After removing the supports, you'll have a wonderful rose to give as a Valentine's Day present.

my suggestion, make a two-piece where you can print the flower and then you could print the stem and leaves in the flower can have the female end, and the stem and leaves can plug right into it. I printed this twice and each time even being careful, it breaks. that way if someone wants to just print the flower or just print the stem they can if one breaks. just a thought. I ended up taking a lighter and heating the pla so that it plastic welds.

Hi and thank you for your comment! Before publishing a project here on MakerWorld, I always personally verify that everything works correctly. This is very important to me, both for my reputation and to offer users a satisfying printing experience. That said, I wanted to create a rose in a single piece because the market is full of roses made in multiple pieces that need to be assembled. So I tried printing it, and everything went well. I removed the supports without difficulty, just with a little patience, so I decided to publish the rose in one piece. The A1 Mini print profile you used wasn't created by me, so I can't guarantee it will work properly

Most challenging support removal ever, but the result is worth it. Looks really awesome. Thanks for the great model.

Printed the 15cm version. Supports was a bit tricky to remove, but patience is key. Thank you!

the difficult part was to take out the support tree so the leafs is now separate decoration... except that I printed it with 50% speed as suggested and all good

As the description says, it is possible to print this and remove the supports. As the need to talk about it implies, it's not easy. In my second attempt I switched to the Supertack plate where it printed fine even at 125% speed. The normal plate would have likely been fine with a little bit of glue. When removing supports, be careful with the leaves! A great model overall, just plan in some time. I uploaded my profile for the A1 Mini in hopes it helps someone else.
