Description

Hey guys!

I wanted to make this for a while, as a kid I was highly inspired by Gyro Gearloose and always wanted to have a little friend like his “little Helper” called Helferlein in german.

Thanks to Lucky 13 / sozafone and his outstanding dummy 13 files I was able to make this dream come true. I modified the dummy 13 skeleton files so that they fitted my needs. Please make sure to visit his site, this is the reason I don't give an assemble guide here, you will find it on his page. You need the skeleton parts assambled, there are only a few “armour” parts: the upper body / shoulders, Hips, Hip cover and knees. These are pretty straight forward to assemble.

You can also watch my video:

For the glowing of the head you have 2 options:

  1. Easies: Buy the LED with magnetic switch from bambu store. You can insert it in the neck and light the LED with the magnet from outside.
  2. Buy 2 LR626 Batteries and a regular 5mm LED (preferably in yellow) and put the into the neck as shown in the video.

For both methods please make sure to use the correct neck. The one with a cylinder hole ist for option 1 (bambu lab magnetic switch LED), the one with a rectangular hole with 2 little slits is for batteries and the legs of an ordinary LED.

Warning:

This is, as dummy 13, a challenging print. Please make sure to properly clean your print bed, i highly recommend using super tack built plate and use the provided bambu studio file.

IT IS NECESSARY to print this from PETG. PLA wont hold the joints properly due to something called creep. ABS / ASA should also be possible but i havent tried that.
