Description
I designed this handy sanding block to perfectly fit 115mm-wide sanding paper. It's a two-piece construction consisting of a base and a lid, with the lid locking the sanding paper securely in place. The lid features a clever "print-in-place" locking mechanism, so there’s no risk of losing screws or other parts when changing the sandpaper.
One end of the sanding block is rounded for smoother contours, while the other is square for precise edge work. The ergonomic design ensures it fits comfortably in your hand, making it effortless to use for extended sanding sessions. Whether you're tackling a detailed project or a large surface, this sanding block is built for convenience and efficiency!
