Description

This is a 3D version of a Rotary International logo about 124mm (~5") in diameter and 12mm (½") thick.

There are two print profiles:

One is set up for use with an AMS. With Yellow and Blue loaded in your AMS it will just print with only 5 filament changes, so very little waste.
The other is set up for printing without an AMS by breaking the logo into two plates. The first plate is the main gear which is fully yellow. I manually painted supports to minimize their number and make them easy to remove. Don't worry if there are a couple of strings in the gaps, just remove them before assembling with the lettering. The second plate has the lettering. It starts out with blue and then pauses before layer 13 to allow you to switch to yellow for the lettering. The two pieces then fit snugly together - I added a little tab to help align the them. You can glue them if you want to, but the ones I printed stayed together OK without glue.

I like this design but could you change it to read a specific club name instead of rotary international? I am new to 3D printing and have no idea how to do that or if it is even possible to do on my end.
