A 3D-printable heart with a subtly visible crack line. Inside, there’s a hidden compartment to conceal a personal message on a 12 mm × 40 mm piece of paper. The print is designed to pause automatically at layer 12, allowing you to insert your note before resuming. Once the print is complete, the message remains locked inside - discoverable only by cracking the heart open, symbolizing both vulnerability and trust.

Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (required for optimal seam and crack alignment).
• Filament Material: PLA (preferably matte).
• Infill: ~10–15% (offers enough strength to hold the note while still allowing the heart to break if desired).
• Supports: Not needed.

Printing & Assembly Instructions

1. Prepare Your Note
   • Cut paper to 12 mm × 40 mm.
   • Write or draw your secret message and fold it if necessary.
2. Start the Print
   • Slice the model at 0.2 mm layer height.
   • Set a pause at layer 12 in your slicer settings.
3. Insert the Note
   • When the print pauses, place your folded note into the hollow compartment.
   • Ensure it doesn’t obstruct the nozzle’s path.
4. Resume Printing
   • Allow the printer to finish sealing the heart around your message.

Final Use

• Gift the heart to your loved one.
• Keep the Secret inside intact, hoping it’s never revealed - unless they decide to literally “break your heart.”
