Description

I made a simple one-time use, disposable, quick disconnect tool for AC line removal or for other quick disconnect lines such as transmission cooler lines, and fuel lines.  This is a 5/8" tool, but I made it work for ¾" as well after I broke it.  So, it doesn't have to be exact size to make it work, but best if it is printed to correct size for easier use of the tool.  I am unsure how well it scales, but it should be fine to scale the part for different size couplers.  I printed in PLA and thus disposable one time use as it will break pretty easily.  I would suggest doing the same and if it works well for you and you need a more permanent tool for the job, then print in a more flexible and durable material such as nylon.

V2: Added 3% Draft to the bottom outer wall.
