Bambu Lab Original Spool Holder Replica & Alternative Solution
- Now includes the new dimensions for the 2025 production model.
- Compatible with disassembled parts of the bidirectional quick pneumatic connector, as well as PC4-M6 and M10 quick pneumatic connectors.
- Printing parameters have been fully optimized—please do not modify, adjust, or change the orientation.
To differentiate between versions
The 2024 version has a triangular pin with a threaded center.

- The 2025 version features an updated size and connection method, which differs from the previous model.
If your spool holder has the triangular pin with a threaded center, you likely have the 2024 version. Otherwise, you may have the newer 2025 version.
Materials Guide
🧵 PLA Material Strength Ranking (From Strongest to Weakest)
| Rank | Material Type | Structural Strength Description |
|---|---|---|
1 | Carbon Fiber PLA | High rigidity and deformation resistance; ideal for precise structural parts, but brittle |
2 | Glass Fiber PLA | Great dimensional stability with a balance of rigidity and toughness |
3 | Tough PLA | Better layer adhesion and impact resistance than PLA+, offering more stability overall |
4 | PLA+ / PLA Pro / Enhanced PLA | Improved toughness and rigidity compared to basic PLA; suitable for functional prints |
5 | Basic PLA | Average rigidity and strength; easy to print but brittle with weak layer adhesion |
6 | Matte PLA | Typically slightly weaker than basic PLA due to added texture particles; focused on surface finish |
7 | Metal-Filled PLA | Brittle structure; mainly for aesthetic/display use with poor layer bonding |
8 | Wood-Filled PLA | Low strength; wood powder additives reduce toughness, suitable only for decorative parts |
9 | Glow-in-the-Dark / Fluorescent PLA | Additives reduce adhesion and structural integrity, resulting in lower strength |
10 | Conductive PLA | Mechanical strength is sacrificed for conductivity; weakest among PLA types |
Not recommended to use materials with strength lower than Basic PLA.
