Description

I am offering a small planetary gear with a total ratio of i = 4. It features an input and an output shaft. The planetary carrier consists of two parts and must be screwed together with three M2x6 screws after assembling the planetary gears. The cover of the casing is fastened with the same screws, using eight of them. I have printed the planetary gear with PLA. In my profile, individual parts have a higher wall thickness and pattern fill density. The contact surfaces between the casing and cover were smoothed with the printer. Additionally, on the smaller shaft with an outer diameter of 8 mm, there is a keyway connection according to DIN 6885-1.

nice and functional but the screws M2 are very hard to source and fasten Probably M3 would work and are much easier to use

I had better luck with m2x8 for the external screws, the m2x6 screws were just a tad too short
