I suggest using PETG for flexibility.

I have added several sizes as objects in the 3MF file. Simply delete the ones you don't need under Objects.&nbsp;I got the idea from the comment on the part. Not everyone knows how to use a CAD program or wants to :)&nbsp;The size refers to the square opening (see picture).&nbsp;Sizes 5mm, 6mm-6.7mm, 7mm and 8mm.&nbsp;You may have to adjust the print profile a little again. It is currently 0.2 layer height.To remove the tree support inside I used fingernail scissors&nbsp;Many thanks to the creator for the beautiful STL/STEP file!

There are a lot of flexible chopsticks holders out there but the open designs broke on me and others had circular holes instead of the rectangular ones I needed. So off to CAD it was. The result was finished just in time for dinner!Print with 3 perimeters and a layer height around 0.1mmI had good results with PETG.
