Evolution Circular Saw Track Cable & Hose Guide

Inspired by the Festool version and redrawn to fit both gen1 & gen2 Evolution track.

Designed to push onto the end of a Track / Plunge Saw Track, so that the cable and vac hose don't snag. It is a snug fit, so stays in place, but easy enough to remove when not required. Also serves to protect the end of your tracks when stored.

Has a cut-out, so that you can still use a clamp (see pictures).

Tested on Evolution Generation 1 and Generation 2 Tracks - may also work on other guide rails, leave comments to say whether it does or not. 

I printed mine from PLA as I had some orange that matched Evolution's colour and it's perfectly strong.

• Infill: 20%
• Orientation: Track slot down (see screenshot)
• Supports: None required with correct orientation
• Brim: 5mm Outside Brim (more might be required with smooth bed)
• Top Shell Layers: 4
• Bottom Shell Layers: 4
• Wall Loops: 2
• Variable Layer Height: Increased layers at top of radius, so that it is smoother.
