Boost Me (for free)
If you find my models valuable, a boost 🚀 would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 🤗
With this easy-to-use OpenSCAD model, you can create your own HueForge / Chroma Canvas custom frames with just a few clicks! Choose your desired shape and size and watch as your perfect frame comes to life.
But that's not all! thanks to the clever inserts on the back, you can add a variety of accessories to personalize your display: hang your frame on the wall, prop it up on your desk, or even connect multiple frames together to create a stunning gallery wall.
The accessories are versatile as they can be attached and detached according to your needs.
Printing a frame requires only a few grams of filament, in just minutes, you'll have a frame ready to showcase your creative design.
You can change the following parameters:
- Frame shape (rectangular or circular)
- Dimensions of your HueForge / Chroma Canvas artwork to ensure a snug fit within the frame (you can either use glue for a more permanent bond, or rely on the precision fit of the interlocking design for a simpler, easily reversible assembly)
- Thickness and dimensional parameters of the frame's border and background
- Type (triangle or circle) and size of hook for hanging the picture on the wall
- …and much more!
The print profiles include ready-to-print frames in these sizes (height and width are interchangeable, e.g., 110x160 is the same as 160x110):
Rectangular (height*width = width*height in mm)
100x100, 100x110, 100x120, 100x130, 100x140, 100x150, 100x160, 110x110, 110x120, 110x130, 110x140, 110x150, 110x160, 120x120, 120x130, 120x140, 120x150, 120x160, 130x130, 130x140, 130x150, 130x160, 140x140, 140x150, 140x160, 150x150, 150x160, 160x160.
Circular (diameter in mm)
100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160.
*** Accessories ***
The accessories can be attached using the holes in the back of the frame.
There is a 0.20mm tolerance that should fit most: in case it doesn't, a little filing and/or some glue will do the trick (if you want to make the connection permanent).
Hook
The hook can be configured as part of the frame (if you are sure you want to hang the picture) or, using the appropriate accessory, you can connect the hook to the back of the frame.
You can hang your frame using two types of hooks: the traditional triangle hook and the circle hook. Alternatively, you can use a string, a magnetic sticker on a metal surface, or even a keychain (if the frame is small and light enough).

Stand
To place the frame on a desk/table, you can use the available stands: you can download the one that best suits your needs, they are divided by angle (20°, 30° and 40°) and length (3cm, 5cm, 7cm, 9cm, 11cm, 13cm).
There are two connection modes, the first using the holes under the frame, so the stand is fully supported and horizontal to the surface, or by connecting them to the holes in the middle, where the stand will only rest at its end on the surface.

Connector
With this accessory, you can connect multiple frames together, allowing you to create compositions.
For example, you can hang one frame on the wall and then attach all the other frames to the first one.
