D4R-II Mount for Multi-Copter

Summary

Custom fit mount to position an FrSky D4R-II receiver within the flight control board stack. Sized to match 36x36 mm (30.5mm Mounting) flight control boards, will nicely fit in the stack with an 8mm spacer and Flight Control or other board on top.

Should work with most FC's, but was specifically designed to have\ additional clearance added in key spaces to allow a CC3D EVO with the USB port to the right to fit well - though any front-facing port is out of range.

Notes:                     

Lay part flat on bed to print, no supports should be necessary. Let the print cool before removing from the bed - bottom layer is only .8mm to allow sandwiching between frame and spacer, and can be badly warped if your part is still warm when removing from the bed.

Post-Printing

May require minor reaming of the antenna mast holes or sanding of the mast tubes - there is intentionally no extra room here to make sure that the masts are secure.
