Description

UPDATE (03.01.2024): Created purge bucket for stand that have plenty of space for poop! A1 Mini Purge Bucket Bin for Poop

UPDATE v2 (26.12.2023): Created V2 of stand that provides easier print. Main change is smaller radius for corners which were little bit hard to print them nice. You can still find onlt version in stl.

I modified the A1 mini stand and removed the flaws that did not suit the original version.

The main modifications include changing the drawers and removing the honey comb patern from the top. A printable handle in a different color was added to the main drawer.

The drawers provide enough space to store all the necessary things like tools, hotends, color swatches, scraper etc.

As a foots i used IKEA FIXA Stick-on floor protectors, but you can use anything from some rubber feet, print from TPU etc.

Note: For the middle body piece, I recommend removing the supports from the groove very carefully.

i figured out that using a brim could help. I will try it out soon.

Its called warp andoccurs due to material shrinkage. It pretty normal phenomen while printing large models. Some materials are very susceptible to this. PLA should be fine and not deform too much, PETG will be more prone. You can look on the internet to see how the deformation can be improved. Anyway, I think this print should work fine and you can use it for the stand. Or reprint with brim as you said.

i joined the front parts and front lid together because i have a x1c so no need to split. also i needed to mirror because left is no space. overall a nice print, printed in Jayo petg grey and Jayo Pla+ marble…

Love this. I did make a few changes to the profile. Reduced wall count to 1 and infill to 5%. Removed almost all the supports except a few targeted areas. Reduced printing time and filament usage.

Just perfect use of space, prints well and fits. I cheated and did mine on my X1C, merged the front drawer for fun. I printed resized cylinders (studio primitives) in TPU for the feet and glued them in. Assembly was easy and the Base slots were spot on.

Printed well on my X1C. Used Atomic brand Marble PETG for the body and Bambu White and Green for the drawers.
